Funding Resources is entirely independent from, and is not compensated by, any lending source. This eliminates any possible conflict of interest and insures that we are always objective and place our clients with the most competitive lender.
We are paid a loan placement fee by the borrower only if and when we succeed in obtaining a loan commitment that the borrower, in his sole discretion, accepts. This fee will depend on the size of the loan request, the complexity of the transaction, and the strength of the credit. Our fee is negotiable and will normally range between 1.00% to 2.50% of the total loan amount. We will establish our fee with you in writing after reviewing your credit needs and circumstances. The fee is payable in full at settlement.
Unless the nature of your loan request is quite exceptional, we do not charge any application fee, processing charge, or expense reimbursement.
