WHAT DO WE PROMISE OUR CUSTOMERS?

Funding Resources works on a "best efforts" basis and there is no assurance given or implied that we will succeed in placing your loan request. Unfortunately, some deals are just too weak or too difficult. If however, after an initial discussion with you, we accept your loan application, the chances are very high that we will be able to place your loan!

Here is what we can promise you as a client:

1.We will never give you false encouragement or create unrealistic expectations. We don’t want to be pessimistic, but we do want to be realistic and, above all, avoid unpleasant surprises! We will give you an up-front, candid, assessment of your chances for approval and our most accurate estimate as to the costs and terms of the financing. Unlike other loan brokers, we tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear.

2.We will work very hard to communicate carefully and promptly with you. We answer our own phones directly when you call. If we are busy, we promise to return every call or E-mail immediately, or within a few hours if we are out of the office. We will inform you promptly of any and all significant developments with your application.

3. We pay attention to details! We maintain a master work schedule for every file to monitor progress and make sure that things don’t "fall through the cracks". If we need something from you, be forewarned that we will bug you every day until we get it! We will also make sure that the lender responds promptly to your request and that all closing items (appraisal, title work, environmental inspections, insurance, etc.) are obtained. We will keep things moving and keep things on track!
